SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

SAINT MARY’S SCHOOL WANTAGE TRUST RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

“the Scheme”

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to, a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the above-named Scheme by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following school, namely: Saint Mary’s School, 24-28 Newbury Street, Wantage, Oxfordshire OX12 8BZ, and that such claim, entitlement or benefit might not have been taken into account, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement (together with a full name, present address and date of birth) to Punter Southall & Co. Ltd, 126 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 4UJ, marked “for the attention of Matthew Furniss”, on behalf of the Trustees of the Scheme.

Such particulars to arrive no later than 2 months after placement of this advertisement. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice as soon as possible after that date, and will not be liable to any other person. Such particulars need not be provided by persons who have been notified of the proposed winding-up of the Scheme via a letter dated 19 February 2009.
