“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth John Wright of Wright Associates, First Floor, 56-57 High Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 1DE, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
