NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council have made a Complaint under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 requesting that an Order is made under section 116 relating to the highway as shown on the attached Plan. The effect of the Order will be to stop up part of the public highway as edged red on the Plan.

A copy of the Order sought and the associated Plan may be inspected at the Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, Civic Offices, Knoll Street, Cleethorpes, during normal office hours.

The Complaint will be heard at Grimsby Magistrates Court, Victoria Street, Grimsby on Wednesday 15th April 2009 at 2.15p.m.
