Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person who believes he or she has a claim or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest, in, the Openwork Pension Plan which commenced winding-up on 2 February 2009, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or other person’s full or part time employment with Openwork Services Limited, Zurich Assurance plc or Allied Dunbar Assurance plc, and has not already received a letter from the Trustees of the Openwork Pension Plan, is hereby required to send particulars in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement of his or here claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, and date of birth) to:

The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Openwork Pension Plan among the persons entitled therefore having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
