Notice is hereby given by Stephen Harris, Alan Bloom, Alan Hudson and Chris Hill, of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London SE1 2AF the Joint Adminstrators of the above named Companies, that meetings of creditors of the Companies will be held at Nortel Networks B.V., Siriusdreef 42-72 Hoofddorp, 2132 WT Hoofddorp, The Netherlands on 17 March 2009 at 11.30 am . The meetings are initial creditors’ meetings held pursuant to Legislation: paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 Legislation section: to the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors are invited to attend the meetings.

Any creditor unable to attend in person and wishing to be represented should complete a proxy form and return it to Arthur Kohn at Holland Van Gijzen Advocaten en Notarissen LLP, Antonio Vivaldistraat 150, 1083 HP, Amsterdam, The Netherlands by the date of the meeting.  To be able to vote at the meeting you must also provide details in writing of your claim to Arthur Kohn at the above address by 12 noon on the business day before the meetings.
