NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr Peter Read for consent to discharge up to 14 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to ground waters via Soakaway at National Grid Reference SU 40202 47631 from Wyke Down Farm, Picket Piece, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 6LX.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 20/02/09 to 3/04/09 quoting reference NPSWQD005991.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Colvedene Court, Wessex Business Park, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1WP between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
