THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (LOADING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 200*

  • 1 Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the the Hammersmith and Fulham (Loading Places) (Consolidation) (Amendment No *) Order 200* would be to amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Loading Places) (Consolidation) Order 2007 in so far as to amend the existing loading bay in Old Oak Common Lane, east side outside No 90 Old Oak Common Lane by extending it by 5 metres.
  • 3 A Copy of the proposed Order, and of the Order being amended, together with documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be inspected at the offices of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as detailed below, during normal office hours until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.
  • 4 Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representations should send a statement in writing of their objection or representations, stating the grounds of their objection to the Network Management Team, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU, until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
