Notice is given that the partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned Gareth Davies of Gerlan, Borth y Gest, Porthmadog, Gwynedd LL49 9RT and Geraint Pritchard of 3 Dora Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd LL49 9AF carrying on business as Cig Porthmadog Meats at R G Richards, 120a High Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd under the name of Cig Porthmadog Meats has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 11 October 2008 and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Geraint Pritchard of 3 Dora Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd LL49 9AF who will continue to carry on the business under the same name.
