THE EALING (EALING BROADWAY) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (NO. 2) (AMENDMENT NO. 6) ORDER 2009
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing on the 5th February 2009 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order will be to impose double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at any time in the length of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice and to extend the double yellow lines in Westbury Road at the Madeley Road junction by 0.5 metres on its west side and 2.2 metres on its east side.
- 3 The general effect of the Residents Parking Places Amendment Order will be to shorten 2 resident permit holder parking places in Madeley Road near Westbury Road in connection with the provision of a zebra crossing.
- 4 The Orders, which will come into operation on 9th February 2009, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the offices of Mouchel Limited, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, until the 19th March 2009.
- 5 Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to either of the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 19th March 2009.
