Transport for London hereby gives notice that the above Orders made on the 5th January 2009 will not be submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation.
A further Side Roads Order and Compulsory Purchase Order for the Greenwich Waterfront Transit project will be advertised and submitted for confirmation at a later date.
