INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MEDIA GROUP LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Highlands House, Basingstoke Road, Spencers Wood, Reading, RG7 1NT, on 23 January 2009 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Matthew John Waghorn and David William Tann, both of Nortons Recovery Limited, Highlands House, Basingstoke Road, Spencers Wood, Reading, RG7 1NT, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
