Notice is hereby given that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above Company and to distribute the Dividend no later than 13 April 2009, being 2 months from the expiry of the last date of proving. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 13 February 2009 (the last date for proving), to send their proofs of debt, to Ian David Green, Stephen Andrew Ellis and Ian David Stokoe, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP, the Joint Administrators of the above Company and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the Dividend.
