“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that this company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable that it should be wound up voluntarily and that Sandra McAlister, of McAlister & Co, 43 Mansel Street, Swansea, SA1 5SW, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
