SECTION 58 SECTION 6 (REVISED JULY 2007) (ENGLAND AND WALES)

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS

Advance notice is hereby given that Wandsworth Borough Council intends to carry out Carriageway Resurfacing Works.

The street below is the one in which the Carriageway Resurfacing works will take place. It will be closed to through traffic during the works.

Broomwood Road (527478 / 174254 to 527680 / 174323)

Works are expected to commence on 26th January 2009 and be completed by 27th January.

Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations made under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 36 months from completion of the works described above without the consent of the said Highway Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
