Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Contributories and Creditors of E.Sports Management Limited will be held at the offices of Pure Recovery LLP, 24 Greville Street, London EC1N 8SS, on 9 February 2009 at 12.00 noon and 12.30 pm respectively, for the purposes of laying before the Meetings an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Contributory/Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Contributory/Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the offices of Pure Recovery LLP, 24 Greville Street, London EC1N 8SS, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meetings.
