At a General Meeting of the Company, convened, and held at the offices of Campbell, Crossley & Davis, 348/350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 1DW on 18 December 2008 the following resolutions were passed as a Special and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian Williamson, of Campbell, Crossley & Davis, 348/350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 1DW, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
