Notice is hereby given that Helen Timothe Phillips, of Phillips & Co, 21/23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Bucks, SL9 8ES, was duly appointed Liquidator of the company by Special Resolution dated 8 December 2008.

Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which has been voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 12 January 2009 to send in their full forenames and surname, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the undersigned: Helen Timothe Phillips, Phillips & Co, 21/23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, SL9 8ES, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

This notice is purely formal. All known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
