NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Wessex Children’s Hospice Trust for consent to discharge up to 26 cubic metres per day of Sewage and Trade effluent to Ground water via soakaway at National Grid Reference SU4581239332 from Naomi House, Stocksbridge Road, Sutton Scotney, Winchester SO21 3JE.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 11/12/08 to 22/01/09 quoting reference NPSWQD004932.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Public Register, Colvedene Court, Wessex Business Court, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 1WP between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
