At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened, and held at 17 Skylines, Marsh Wall, London E14 9TS, on 2 December 2008 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:-

That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Martin Henry Linton FCA FABRP and Paul Adam Weber FCCA MABRP be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and have formal authority to pay all creditors in full.
