“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Wilfred Vaughan Jones, of BN Jackson Norton, Alston Emery House, 33 Marsh Parade, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 1BT, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
