NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 2nd December 2008 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on 15th December 2008.

The effect of the Order would be to introduce Waiting Restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order.

ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

ST KEVERNE ROAD, Chislehurst, the north east side, from the north western kerbline of Elmstead Lane north westwards for a distance of 10m.

THE UNNAMED ROAD lying between Nos. 104 and 112 Elmstead Lane, Chislehurst, both sides, from the south eastern kerbline of Elmstead Lane south eastwards for a distance of 10m.
