At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Sheraton House, Castle Park, Cambridge CB3 0AX on 03 December 2008 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew McTear, of McTear Williams & Wood, 90 St Faiths Lane, Norwich NR1 1NE, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
