NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, this day cancelled the registration of the following Societies on the grounds that each Society has ceased to exist.

South Shields Companion’s Club Limited (Reg No 16244 R), the registered office of which is at Brigham Place, South Shields, Tyne and Wear NE33 2DL.

Cradley Royal British Legion Memorial Club Limited (Reg No 13887 R), the registered office of which is at Beecher Place, Halesowen, West Midlands B63 2ED.

Ball O Ditton Royal British Legion Club Limited (Reg No 15080 R), the registered office of which is at 21 Hale Road, Widnes, Cheshire WA8 8SF.

Bersham Sports and Social Club Limited (Reg No 13378 R), the registered office of which is at Plas Pen-Y-Ddol, Bersham Road, Bersham, Wrexham, Clwyd LL14 4HS.

Each Society listed above ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
