Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 17 November 2008, (i) EQT General Partner (UK) Limited retired as general partner of EQT Infrastructure (No. 3) Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP012989, and was replaced as general partner by EQT Infrastructure (General Partner) LP (acting through its general partner EQT Infrastructure Limited) (the “General Partner”); and (ii) EQT Funds Management Limited withdrew as a limited partner in the Partnership and transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to the General Partner.
