The St Ursula Oxford Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 of the following transfer of interests in The St Ursula Oxford Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with No LP009675, that took place on 6 August 2008.

Ethel Austin Property Holdings Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership when they transferred £60 of their interests to Pamela Jones and Michael Barry Owen as Trustees of the M B Owen 2002 Settlement No. 2, and transferred the remaining £65 of their interest to Peter Wild Bullivant and Pamela Jones and Susan Patricia Prescott as Trustees of the S P Prescott 2002 Settlement.

Ethel Austin Investment Properties Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership when they transferred £60 of their interests to Pamela Jones and Michael Barry Owen as Trustees of the M B Owen 2002 Settlement No. 1, and transferred the remaining £65 of their interest to Peter Wild Bullivant, Stephen George Laing and Susan Patricia Prescott as Trustees of the E P Austin Will Trust.

Further to the above transfers the following were admitted as new limited partners;

• Pamela Jones and Michael Barry Owen as Trustees of the M B Owen 2002 Settlement No. 2

• Peter Wild Bullivant and Pamela Jones and Susan Patricia Prescott as Trustees of the S P Prescott 2002 Settlement.

• Pamela Jones and Michael Barry Owen as Trustees of the M B Owen 2002 Settlement No. 1.
