Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at the offices of MBI Coakley Ltd, Tunsgate Square, 98-110 High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3HE on 23 December 2008 at 10.00am, for the purposes mentioned in Section 94 of the said Act, i.e., having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
