NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by The Brecks Company Ltd for consent to discharge up to 15.30 cubic metres per day of Trade Effluent Consisting of Cooling Water to Southwood Drain at National Grid Reference SE 7265035554 from Brecks, Breighton Airfield, Bubwith, Selby, YO8 7DH.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 20/11/08 to 2/1/09 quoting reference NPSWQD004682.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Public register, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds, LS11 8PG between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
