New Washington Royal British Legion Club Limited

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, this day cancelled the registration of New Washington Royal British Legion Club Limited (Register No 15453 R) the registered office of which is at The Royal British Legion, Tyne Gardens, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE37 2QY, on the grounds that the Society has ceased to exist. The Society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered Society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
