NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Viridor Waste Management Limited for consent to discharge up to 234.75 cubic metres per day of site drainage effluent from a Waste Recycling Centre to a tributary of The River Arun at National Grid Reference TQ 16078 28756 from Horsham Household Waste Recycling Centre, Hopoast, Worthing Road, Horsham, RH13 7AR.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 14/11/08 to 29/12/08 quoting reference NPSWQD004518.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office Public Register, Colvedene Court, Wessex Business Park, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1WP at between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
