Notice is given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned, Vasant Jivanlal Parikh (“Mr Parikh”) and Shobhna Vasant Parikh (“Mrs Parikh”) and Souheil Abou-Diwan, carrying on business as an Insurance firm, at 170 Highfield Road, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 0HT, under the name of Top Insurance Services has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 30 September 2008, so far as concerns Mr Parikh and Mrs Parikh who retire from the firm and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the continuing partner, Mr Diwan and the new partner Mrs Diwan save for the income tax and National Insurance contributions owing by Mr Parikh and Mrs Parikh, which will be their sole responsibility. Mr Diwan, with the introduction of Mrs Diwan, will continue to carry on the business under the same name.
