“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian Williamson, of Campbell, Crossley & Davis, 348/350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 1DW, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
