At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at The Bignell Park Hotel, Chesterton, Near Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 1UE on 23 October 2008 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company should be wound up voluntarily, and that Solomon Cohen, FCA, (Licensed Insolvency Practitioner) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator.”

At a subsequent Meeting of the Creditors of the Company held at The Bignell Park Hotel, Chesterton, Near Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 1UE on 23 October 2008, the appointment of the said Solomon Cohen, FCA, of Great Central House, Great Central Avenue, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 6TS, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner as Liquidator was confirmed for the purposes of winding-up the Company.
