Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Benedict Mackenzie LLP, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU on Friday 12th December 2008 at 12.00 noon for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up. A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member.
