At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at The Quadrant, Stonehill Green, Westlea, Swindon, SN5 7DJ, on 17 October 2008, the subjoined Special and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:

“That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that T J Binyon and S J Parker, both of Tenon Recovery, Sherlock House, 73 Baker Street, London W1U 6RD, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding up the companies and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators is to be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding office.”
