At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Taylor Rowlands, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees TS15 9AE on 23 October 2008 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Harvey Madden and Peter William Gray of Taylor Rowlands, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees TS15 9AE be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up”.
