Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at Gladstone House, 77/79 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9HY on 10 December 2008 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of receiving the Joint Liquidator’s report of the winding up and to determine whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act, 1986, also to determine the manner in which the books, account and documents of the company and of the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidator at Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham TW20 9HY no later than 12 noon on the preceding day.
