THE ISLINGTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO.27) ORDER 2008
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The London Borough of Islington on 13 October 2008 made the above mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
- 2 The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Order will be:
- a to amend the hours during which a vehicle may wait outside No 260 to No. 276 York Way (including waiting for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle,) to Monday to Friday 7.00am to 7.00pm; and
- b to introduce a length of loading restriction outside No. 260 to No. 276 York Way between the hours of 7.00am to 10.00am and 4.00pm to 7.00pm Monday to Friday.
- 3 The Order, which will come into force on 30 October 2008, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours until 24 November 2008 at the following location:

- 4 Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 24 November 2008.
