At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at Chestnut Grove, High Street, Shipdham, Thetford, Norfolk IP25 7PA, on 8 October 2008, the following resolutions were duly passed as an extraordinary and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Simon Atkins of Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited, Scope House, Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6DD be and hereby is appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up.”
