Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Close Founders Limited has transferred all of its rights, benefits, obligations, title and interest in the Partnership to CGC Founders Limited which has been admitted as a Limited Partner in the Partnership, and Close Founders Limited has ceased to be a Partner in the Partnership. This change occurred with effect from 26 September 2008.
