Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of Framlington Income & Capital Trust PLC was held at 155 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3XJ, on 30 September 2008, at 9.00 am, at which the following ordinary resolution was duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Christopher Richard Frederick Day, of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3WA and Nicholas James Dargan, of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3WA, be and are hereby appointed liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and any powers conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone.”
