Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Diprivest Inc transferred its entire interest amounting to £1,500,000 (with a Capital contribution of £15) in ECI 7 (UK) L.P., a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP007102, to Sofina Private Equity S.C.A., SICAR and that Diprivest Inc ceased to be a Limited Partner.
