Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 26 March 2008:
- 1 Forsikringsselskabet SEB Liv A/S (“SEB Liv”) transferred to SEB Pensionsforsikring A/S SEB Pension VI (“Pension VI”) 100% of the interest held by it in the Partnership and that with effect from 26 March 2008, Pension VI was admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership and SEB Liv ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership; and
- 2 SEB Pensionsforsikring A/S SEB Pension II (“Pension II”) transferred to SEB Pensionsforsikring A/S SEB Pension V (“Pension V”) 100% of the interest held by it in the Partnership and that with effect from 26 March 2008, Pension V increased their capital contribution in the Partnership and Pension II ceased to be limited partner in the Partnership.
