Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at Deloitte & Touche LLP, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M60 2AT at 10.00am on 31 October 2008, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the joint liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the joint liquidators.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member.
