At Special Meetings of the above-named Companies, duly convened, and held at 50 Broadway, London SW1H 0BL, on 24 September 2008, at 10.00 am, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That Abro (London) Limited, Chester Square (Property Investments) Limited, Eaton Place Property Developments Limited, Felix Properties Limited, Henry Brahm Properties Limited, Ken Wood Court Estates Limited, Pont Street Investments Limited and Raymarket (Knightsbridge) Limited be wound up voluntarily and that Nimish C Patel of Re10 (London) Limited, Trinity House, Heather Park Drive, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 1SU be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator.”
