UNIQUE CERAMICS LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Meridian House, 62 Station Road, North Chingford, London E4 7BA on 22 September 2008 the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound-up voluntarily”.

2. “That A. J. Clark of Carter Clark, Meridian House, 62 Station Road, North Chingford, London E4 7BA be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up”.
