Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 14 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH on 16 September 2008 at 2.30 pm for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolutions, as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Lindsay Down, of BN Jackson Norton, 14 Orchard Street, Bristol BS1 5EH, be appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up.”

Note: A member entitled to attend and vote can appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
