Mosaic Housing Association

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the above-mentioned section, this day cancelled the registration of Mosaic Housing Association (Reg No 16982 R), the registered office of which is at Globe House, 8 Curtain Road, London EC2A 3ND, following its amalgamation with the Family Housing Association to form Family Mosaic Housing (30093R). The Society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered Society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
