NOTICE is hereby given that the Medway Council of Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham, ME4 4TR, the Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at the Court House, The Brook, Chatham, Kent ME4 4JZ on Thursday the 23rd October 2008 the hour of 2 pm in the afternoon for an Order that part of the highway namely the alley to the rear of 101 to 127 Burnt Oak Terrace Gillinghambe stopped up as it is considered that the highway is unnecessary.

The effect of the Order is shown on a plan, a copy of which may be inspected free of charge at the office of the Council at Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham, ME4 4TR between the hours of 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
