At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Concept House, Brooke Street, Cleckheaton, BD19 3RY, on the 05 September 2008 the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:

“That it has proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew Rosler, of Ideal Corporate Solutions (Yorkshire) Limited, Concept House, Brooke Street, Cleckheaton, BD19 3RY and Kevin Lucas, of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lakeside House, Waterside Business Park, Smiths Road, Bolton, BL3 2QJ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
