“That the company be wound up voluntarily, that G Mummery and D Wilson, both of Vantis Business Recovery Services, 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
